The innate spirit within Kambô is very intelligent , it knows where there is work to be done and on what levels. It has its own unique way of breaking through blockages and dis-ease in the body, mind, and spirit. Asking only for us to trust and to surrender as it works in and through us. Each and every experience with Kambô will be different, and each time it will reveal new perspectives, insights and healing.
The IAKP are a group of practitioners and other interested parties who seek to support and encourage the safe, responsible and legal use of Kambo through training, awareness raising, knowledge development and sharing, research, professional behavior and best practice.

Dermorphin-related peptides from the skin of Phyllomedusa bicolor and their amidated analogs activate two mu opioid receptor subtypes that modulate antinociception and catalepsy in the rat.
